Jestem Klientką (w ramach pozwu zbiorowego). Niestety, kontakt z Kancelarią jest mocno utrudniony, żeby nie powiedzieć – niemożliwy. Pani oddelegowana do obsługi pozwów zbiorowych nie odpowiada na mejle. Kontakt telefoniczny z Nią nie wchodzi w rachubę – jak informuje Pani w sekretariacie. To przykre, że do licznych stresów związanych z problematycznym kredytem dochodzi jeszcze ten dotyczący złego kontaktu z Kancelarią.

The lady delegated to handle collective lawsuits does not respond to the e-mail. Telephone contact with her is out of the question – as you inform the secretary. It is regrettable that the numerous stresses related to the problematic loan are also related to the bad contact with the Law Firm.

This law firm is a complete failure. My case is handled by patron Mikołajek, with whom I have no contact at all. He ignores my e-mails, does not respond to requests for contact for months in order to establish a strategy in the lawsuit. I would understand if I attacked her every day, once a week, even once a month. But I try to get in touch once every few months (the lawsuit lasts, incidentally, six years). It is easier in the National Health Fund to have an operation date than to obtain the honor of talking to a patron in matters – for me – of vital importance. I advise you to avoid it, because you will be left alone, without any support and advice.

Zaniedbanie i nadużycie popełnione przez tego Adwokata (Filipa Gradzkiego)!!
Gross Negligence and Abuse! Perpetrated by Filip Gradzki.
Until last year I was a client of Mr. Gradzki in Gdansk. In addition to failing to meet deadlines (failing to answer a single call or email from me for a period of 5 months), failing to submit important documentation to the court (with Mr. Gradzki claiming he was „too busy and not getting paid enough”), Mr. Gradzki regularly insulted, belittled and verbally abused me, both personally and professionally.
Despite repeated attempts in writing and by phone to address the abuse and ask for simple professionalism and courtesy, Mr. Gradzki persisted in this behavior, ultimately telling me he would seek to terminate his appointment as my attorney.
While I agreed with this termination (seeing no alternative), Mr. Gradzki failed to mention that he would persist with his unprofessional conduct, going so far as to lie to the court outright, claiming that my „negativity” had forced him to terminate the case.
It is deeply concerning to me that a senior partner of your firm would engage in this type of behavior, especially a veteran legal professional who can be expected to set an example in the community. My experience will be shared with local and regional authorities in the hope of preventing a recurrence of this unfortunate situation.
Filip Gradzki’s conduct reflects negatively on both your firm and the legal profession in Poland as a whole. It is my hope that bringing this matter to your attention will prevent him from treating future clients in a similar manner.

The worst law firm I have ever dealt with. For several months now, I have been asking for telephone contact with the person who deals with the class action lawsuit at Bank Millennium and I always get the answer that she is busy or on vacation. Also doesn’t respond to emails. The law firm took money as an advance payment to settle the case and after seven years I have not seen any results of its activities.
I advise you to carefully consider choosing this law firm. I have been involved in a class action lawsuit against Millenium for 10 years, which the law firm is conducting. Basically no contact with the office. As for the duration of the trial, it lasts 10 years, I don’t want to comment, I don’t know if it’s the weakness of the judicial system or the incompetence of the Chancellery. The fact is that they cannot even obtain security for the loan when it is already fully repaid? As I wrote above, the biggest complaint is the contract, which was good only before the lawsuit. Then with each year the process goes on it gets worse and worse!
Radzę się mocno zastanowić nad wyborem tej Kancelarii. Jestem od 10 lat w pozwie zbiorowym przeciw Millenium, który prowadzi Kancelaria. W zasadzie brak kontaktu z Kancelarią. Co do czasu procesu, trwa 10 lat, nie chcę się wypowiadać, nie wiem czy to słabość systemu sądownictwa czy jednak nieudolność Kancelarii. Faktem jest to ,że nawet nie potrafią uzyskać zabezpieczenia kredytu kiedy jest On już całkowicie spłacony? Jak pisałem powyżej , największy zarzut to kontrakt, który był dobry tylko przed przystąpieniem do pozwu. Potem z każdym rokiem trwania procesu jest coraz gorzej!

When I received an answer to the question about the costs incurred so far in handling the claim, I learned that they were basically unable to estimate. The security for the claim (something that the courts now grant almost automatically), something was wrongly filed and no decision was issued, questions about further action in this matter have been unanswered for months and the loan has to be paid. In my opinion, they took too many lawsuits and now they are unable to deal with them reliably.
Nie polecam, bardzo słaby kontakt ze strony kancelarii prowadzącej pozew, ostatnie informacje o stanie pozwu z sierpnia a konczy sie pazdziernik. Jak już udzielono mi odpowiedzi na pytanie o koszty do tej pory poniesione na obsługę pozwu dowiedzialam się że w zasadzie nie sąw stanie ocenić. Zabezpieczenia roszczenia (coś co sądy obecnie przyznają niemal z automatu) coś źle złożono i nie doszło do wydania decyzji, pytania o dalsze działania w tym temacie od miesięcy bez odpowiedzi a kredyt trzeba płacić. wg mnie za dużo wzięli pozwów i teraz nie są w stanie rzetelnie zająć się nimi.

The worst thing is the complete lack of contact with the law firm’s representatives – in previous comments, the law firm pretends that they are contacting us on a dedicated forum. The forum exists, but the representatives of the law firm also exist there completely and have been ignoring any contact requests for many months. If the law firm cared about its clients’ interests (haha), it would have withdrawn the lawsuit a long time ago, dissolved the group, settled accounts with its participants and allowed everyone to pursue their case individually. At the beginning of the whole game, a class action lawsuit seemed to make sense because most of the cases were won by banks and it was worth sharing the risk with other participants. But with the current case law, continuing this case is a waste of time and life of the participants in this lawsuit.
Pozwałem Bank Millennium z tą kancelarią zanim stało się to modne i łatwe. Od 10 lat jestem uwięziony w pozwie zbiorowym – jak na razie kancelarii udało się przegrać w pierwszej instancji i terminu rozprawy w apelacji dalej nie ma. Najgorszy jest zupełny brak kontaktu z przedstawicielami kancelarii – we wcześniejszych komentarzach kancelaria mydli oczy, że kontaktuje się na dedykowanym forum. Forum istnieje, ale przedstawiciele kancelarii również tam totalnie i od wielu miesięcy ignorują jakiekolwiek prośby o kontakt. Gdyby kancelarii zależało na interesie klientów (haha), to już dawno wycofałaby ten pozew, rozwiązała grupę, rozliczyła się jakoś z jej uczestnikami i pozwoliła każdemu dochodzić swojej sprawy indywidualnie. Na początku całej zabawy pozew zbiorowy wydawał się sensowny ponieważ większość spraw wygrywały banki i warto było podzielić ryzyko z innymi uczestnikami. Ale przy obecnym orzecznictwie dalsze prowadzenie tej sprawy to marnowanie czasu i życia uczestników tego pozwu.
